Love what I see. Wanting to relocate from Cartersville and this property is one I most definitely will consider.
I really like these apartments. I like the location and the apartment features. I am seriously considering this apartment
Excellent management and services.
Everyone friendly, helpful, quite community. Channel 5 across the street, NC State, plenty of eating places, and shopping. Perfect setting. Just a perfect place to be. Management has the gift of matching people's personalities; where thus far regardless of race, color or creed it is family feeling. No strangers in first day here. On top of that people mind their business but know when they need to help.
RAM management is the worst. They've currently switched to a new management company and I'm ready to give them a chance, but so far not good. No contact number, no proactive maintenance or checks. The gate is always open (esp during summer) and when it's closed (or access guarded) it stays open for 30 secs allowing multiple cars to pass.
The area is susceptible to flooding and they don't tell you that. There's so much that you could save by finding another apartment in the neighborhood and I'm not just talking about money.
