Beautiful community amenities with the pool, clubhouse and fitness center. I love the interior of my home with all the space, good storage and upgraded appliances with stainless steel. Very quiet community at night which I like. Enjoy all the monthly resident activities.
The staff is wonderful and the grounds are well kept. There are plenty of weekly activities for all to enjoy
Do NOT NOT move here. This complex has been bought and the new management team is horrific. The pool is closed again today. In the past month, the elevator has been down 3x. The grounds are filthy dirty and Management has no idea who even pays for parking. The parking garage is a nightmare on weekends. The management never communicates with residents. It is AWFUL!!!!
As I typing this now, I am highly upset. If you are going to build residences around the pool you have to be aware that everyone doesn't like party music and noise. It's a far cry from when I first moved here 4 years ago. I doubt I'll be resigning if things don't change and what's more my rent continues to increase inexplicably
Nothing really stands out in any department, including the website, management, maintenance, appliances, or sound insulation. These things are adequate, but not especially good or bad. Things to improve include a more sophisticated website/portal, appliance quality, and sound insulation, especially as it concerns sounds from the hallway, which are audible in every unit with perfect clarity.
