The leasing office only hears your complaints, they don't listen to you or follow up on anything they tell you they will do. This place is only good for a roof over your head. Only been here for been here for for months and can't wait to leave. Plus I still don't have my mailbox key.
There are kids in my breezeway EVERYDAY being loud, cussing, and are very disrespectful. To my understanding, some of the kids dont live here but what about the kids that do. I walk outside my door and I see trash in front of it EVERY DAY. The people upstairs are loud and nothing is done about it. The playground is overcrowded especially with kids too big to be there so my kids NEVER play there. I can not stress enough how much the 2600 building is a hang out spot for everyone. Its sad that I dont even like to come home because I know what Im about to see. The security officer does NOTHING. There is a MAJOR ant and spider problem no matter how much you clean. The old Pauldoe shouldve went through the SAME process as everyone else!!! Because they moved the problem RIGHT BACK IN. So the VERY PEOPLE that destroyed the old apartments are back destroying these! Its sad.
There apartments infested with roaches, they say on the paper that they come in pick trash up everyday the part I stay they might pick it up or they might not this is every week for them, maintenance has tightened up on there job so no bad reference for them but management out there need to tighten up. And also a studio apartment is 671 to much for the condition there in but they want to go up on the price next year n 2019
Maintenance sucks. Apartments are very roach infested. Mold and mildew in tubs they paint over and walls. Very high rent for just a one bedroom, which is 650+. They don't even help you out with bills. They charge extra for EVERYTHING as well.
I gave it an average review because the services provided and the community seems average overall.
