I am a current resident and i have the base model and in my opinion this place is over priced for what it has to offer. You basically pay extra for a gate and quiet neighborhood which are important to me BUT the kitchen wood flooring was dirty when i moved in and had dried paint from where they painted the time before i moved in. Cracks in the toilet bowl then my bathtub was peeling so they had to redo that. Doorstoppers are all broken. Outlets looked like an amateur installed them. Floor seems hollow so the apartment shakes when your walking and i got heavy feet. I could go on and on. It appears nice but if you take a closer look when you move in its not worth what the price is shown. This is all my experience with my room though. I could go on and on but the bottom line is there are better places to live for less money.
I had a broken dishwasher and my hot water in the kitchen got so hot so fast it would scold a hand in seconds. Every question I asked the manager she didn't have her active listening skills on and answered each question wrong.
I would rate it excellent if they did not make so many changes to the apartment. Every week it seems like there is something new where we have to be out of our apartment at this time or that. Plus, we wouldn't get a notice until a day or two days before they made the change. Also, they left out a lot of detail on the notices such as exactly as in the hour what time they would be at my apartment. So, I would be waiting around all day. Good thing I am student because I couldn't take off work.
The Office and Maintenance Staffs are friendly and responsive to needs.
Apartment was dirty when I moved in - hair in the bathroom sink, crud on the stove I was told that the model was representative of the apartment I would lease - it was not - no stainless steel appliances and the carpet old and grungy Management seems to find a reason to enter apartments at least once a month - I think this practice is unnecessarily intrusive
