The staff are excellent, some of the other community members are not. I've been woken in the middle of the night to domestic disputes, often seen drug dealers, and my apartment sometimes smells like pot.

Any problems with the unit have always been taken care of immediately, which I highly appreciate. The community problems aren't extreme enough to make me want to move, but they are a nuisance.
