The apartment that I looked at was gorgeous, exactly what I was looking for, but a flaw in my application stopped the process from happening at this time, so I have to try again in three months. Keeping my fingers crossed that It will be different.

This apartment complex has a maintenance request link on its website. I submitted the same maintenance request, over a period of three weeks, three times before anything was done, and then something was done only because I personally asked a maintenance man for help. Apparently, no one in maintenance or in management checks the requests that come in through this link. Why have the link at all if maintenance requests are going to be ignored?

All the information online is FALSE! They have no idea what information is being put online so when you actually fill out paper work everything is completely different! Prefer the old management better. Id give it zero stars if I could

AVOID AVOID AVOID. The first thing this company did was force people to move to an app to pay rent and submit any maintenance requests. The app wasn't working for the first month or so. The next thing they did was send out notes about garbage in the breezeways and threatening to fine you if they found any. This IS a bad problem with the residents...but how are they going to prove who is doing it unless they put up video cameras? The next thing they did was take away the car wash by boarding it up. NOW they are threatening residence mid-lease and forcing them to sign another one which will increase their rent. If I had known this company would take over, I would have moved somewhere else.

Contacted them online and they never responded.

Looks like a great starter place. Im looking forward to moving in soon.
