Exercise caution with this place. I wasn't allowed to inspect the unit before moving in. Upon moving in, I discovered mold on toilets, ceiling leaks, and even snakes residing in the foundation, with lizards entering through the bathroom sink. Found big snake on the pine straw in front of the units porch. When brought to the attention to the leasing office, Ally Duda laughed it off. Later, Ally used a male's name to secretly access the unit via keypad. Brian removed the window screen without informing residents - knowing only women resided. Ally and her team also entered the unit without permission, raising suspicions of potential theft. Additionally, an important contract went missing and $2,060 per month came with biased, harassment, and discrimination. Kimiya was told not to enter but entered anyways and looked through residents personal properties. Ally retaliated over a negative survey about her leadership, resulting in legal action against her for dishonesty. Ally created nonexistent events to defame and couldnt provide a single evidence to her dishonesty claims. Ally didnt realize that leasing manager(s) can be sued if a manager doesnt refrain from harassing residents. Residents werent there to be friends with Ally and team. This place was toxic and sick. Consumers have the entitlement to write reviews without fearing of retaliation.
