Overall this rental experience has been one of the best I have had. Easy access to shopping, entertainment, and the freeway make the location a great one. Living previously out of state, makes me appreciate the monetary value of Summer Lane. Summer Lane's staff (office and maintenance) are always professional and prompt with their service. The condition, size, and apartment amenities are fabulous! I enjoy having my own personal garage as well. Recreational amenities are forth coming.
The office staff are nice they listen to concerns and act on them. The compound is kept neat and clean with beautiful garden beds. People are OK though some can be inconsiderate of their neighbors and start making calls early in the morning while walking around hence disturbing those asleep. I love the atmosphere here.
When I needed a place to go, this became home. The office staff and everyone is wonderful. I would encourage anyone looking for a place to feel at home, to come to Summer Lane.
I love living here. The staff are wonderful. Questions are answered quickly. Concerns are addressed right away. It is clean and well taken care of and I feel safe here and my dog is welcome and happy
They keep finding things to charge us a fee for. For example- I wanted to get satellite Tv and they wanted to charge me a fee of 350 or was it 450 to put a disk up. Ridiculous. They are always sending notices about a new fee. I got one the other day about an eviction fee??
