Gates should not be broken every other 2wks,loyal tenants should not receive a rent increase every year especially those whom have been here for 5yrs and never complains about the break ins or children hanging in breezeways late night ,someone should offer to clean carpets every now and then.
It would be great to have access to the gym in the evening, as well as have the air running in there (the air is too warm and stagnant). Access to the pool in the evening would be ideal as well.
The office staff do not communicate when policies change are going to be enforced. In the 3 years I have been here they did not send me a letter stating my renewal was coming up. Also when they were no longer accepting rent in the drop box after 5pm on the 5th they did not give a timely notice. They just added a 100 late fee. The staff needs to be trained on communicating these facts when a resident signs their lease.
The current mgt seems on top of things and I have always liked the maintenance team..
