          DONT NOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE ROACHES!! ALSO MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS RESIDENTS OR THEIR VISITORS!! THEY WILL TOW YOUR CAR, IN SPITE OF THERE BEING NO VISIBLE SIGNAGE EXCEPT FOR A SAMALL 12 INCH SIGN YOU CANT EVEN READ FROM YOUR CAR. THEY MUST BE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE TOWING COMPANY AS THERE ARE PLENTY OF SPOTS FOR RESIDENTS. THIS IS NOT DOWNTOWN ORLANDO OR NYC, SO THE ONLY REASON YO TOW IS TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOURE OWN RESIDENTS...SHAMEFULL

          Lived at integra for almost 2 years. Managment is very friendly, professional, and will answer questions or concerns quickly. Always keeping residents in the loop and having fun events. The complex has great amenities. It has a resort style pool and even the gym is nice for an apartment complex. Only thing I found lacking is their dog park/area. The maintenance crew was the best. Very prompt and friendly always smiling, waving, and conversing with residents. At times they would respond to a work order within hours. The buildings were well taken care of. The maintenance crew does an awesome job at ensuring everything clean and taken care of. The only downside is parking is limited for the rear buildings. I will also say the layout for a 1/1 was very strange. I lived in the 1C floorplan and it was strange how all the doors opened into each other. I never had any major issues at integra. Its apartment living so at times people might her noisy but the walls mute a good majority of the sounds from neighbors. It's a good location and a great complex to live at. 10/10 would recommend to anyone living in the orlando area.

          Please read fully~!! WOW! My wife and I have had the pleasure of living at this community for about 20 months.. Heres our review.... Management: We first came when there was a different management company. A short time after a new management company came in and wow. This management company came in and it was a seamless transition. They have done everything in their power to making this one of the nicest places to live. They have monthly parties (pre-COVID) and now have scheduled daily food trucks to help with people not wanting to go out in the pandemic. They are always there if you need something. Maintenance: If you have an issue with anything, they not only take care of it quickly, but it is done right...The first time!! Even on the weekends they are quick to respond to Emergency requests. Our A/C went down last June, it was fixed within an hour of me calling on a Saturday. They blow and clean all of the hallways and sidewalks. They also pressure wash almost monthly. They are good, even down to the detail of spraying air freshener throughout the hallways. It may seem funny, but trust me.....Its nice! Property Itself: Beautiful buildings that surround big ponds. A nice sidewalk that goes around both ponds, making it for a nice evening walk. Pet friendly, however, with that being said, it is well maintained. They make sure everyone picks up after their dog. Poop dispensers located throughout the property. The grass is well kept and maintained landscaping makes it really nice. High efficiency apartments. Double pained windows, brand new A/C units and new appliances. My wife and I have a first floor two bedroom two bath apartment and our power in the summer is under $120, winter as low as $70. Oh, and i keep it cold.. 75 during the day and 70 at night.. You may ask yourself, why i am taking the time to write this long of a review. Its because I live here.... my family lives here.... and my friends live here! The least i can do is spread the word.

          Why does the management of Integra 360 apartments continue to spam everyone with food truck messages? Once a week maybe, but sometimes three messages a day for subpar food! What makes this much different from usual soliciting complaints? They may as well be going sticking flyers on car wipers all day. Makes you wonder how much they are being payed to so freely and frequently advertise.

          The pool at Integra360 is practically a public pool as there are no access locks. In summer a third of the people enjoying the "resort style" pool will not be residents nor know any residents. Fine if you're ok waiting in line for the grills or the water being super dirty from overcrowding. The gym seems well equipped but it's usually filthy. The spin bikes are all broken, a treadmill is broken, the rower is useless, and does the idea of working in a noisy dirty environment sound good? There isn't enough parking for the the last three buildings. While the building access doors are usually open, so there goes the "security". Lastly, if the rent seems reasonable at first, hopefully you plan to leave in a year as managment will raise it dramatically.
