What Renters Like and Dislike About Winter Springs

It has families of all ages and back grounds. We look after each other and have events. When walking allow time to stop and chat with a lot of people. Has nice tree lined streets and sidewalks with nice paved streets.

There is a small shopping center nearby- You do have to drive, but it's not far. The anchor store is Publix, and there are several restaurants nearby...in both directions. Mexican, Subway, etc... and I have friends within a 5-minute drive. Friends and I will go have lunch somewhere nearby, and there are plenty of choices. Unfortunately, while I do like our neighborhood, it's not terribly unique.

I would go for a drink with my friends in the local bar and I would go for a walk in the local square with my partner

mostly single family homes next to a country club with a golf course and pool. Well kept lawns and houses.

Walking trail close by, can walk to grocery , and multiple restaurants, add well as hair and nail salons

I like going to the playground and pool because it is a great way to spend time with the people you care about.
