Again i had the need to let everyone know what a wonderful place sovereignty is to live in. Tim is an amazing caring person, always gets out of his way to making sure tenants get what they need. The maintenance crew are GREAT, Jesu and Aresky r keeping property in order, and clean. Jackie is incredibly nice, she always has a smile on her face, and helps with whatever you need. This is a place to live...NO CHOKE!

This is my 2nd year living at Sovereignty at Winter Park and I couldnt be any happier!!! The apartments are spacious and beautiful, the landscape is always maintained and the pool is always sparkling. I have 3 children and have always felt safe here. I am so glad we can call this place our home! The best part of living here though is hands down the AMAZING staff! The leasing staff are nice, helpful and they go above and beyond for their tenants. They truly want you to be happy here and it shows. The maintenance staff is just as great and knows how to get the job done! If you need something fixed or replaced in your home, they are always right on it and get it done right the first time. All of these qualities make for a fabulous place to live!!! Thank you all for your hard work and awesome attitude. I would recommend Sovereinty at Winter Park to anyone and everyone!
