I am blown away by the unprofessionalism of Trish, the manager. Our lease is up the 1st. I am trying to set up an exit walk through. We called Monday the 19th to advise them we will be in on Saturday to turn in the keys and to do our walk through. We spoke to Trish and she indicated there might be a wait since they have limited staff on the weekends. We called again on Friday the 23rd to establish the best time fir the walk through and spoke to Isaac. He said they dont do walk throughs. They will just take pictures and send it along my with any charges. I asked to speak to the manager explaining I do not feel comfortable with this. When the company switched to a different management, they no longer had our insurance information or entry walk through paperwork on file. Trish got on the phone and from the 1st moment, she was unprofessional and raised her voice and hardly allowing me to speak. I had to ask her to allow me to speak. She said they are not required to do a walk through and the staff on the weekend is minimal. The maintenance is busy with work orders that are back logged. They dont have time for exit walk throughs and the lawyers tell them its best not to do one with the renter present. Again, she used an unprofessional tone during our entire conversation. She literally said they do a walkthrough for prospective renters. Knowing I told her a few times our work schedule would not allow us to make it during the week, she said if I came in before 6 during the week she will try to do one. I asked if she was able to stay a little after 6. I can make it there just before 6 and I was sure the walk through would not take long. She said no, she would not stay past 6 because thats her time with her family.
I called back around 4 and asked for Trish. I told her I didnt need to be there to walk it with them. They can walk it as if I was there and phone me back if there was any problems. She again was unprofessional and actually told me that normally they are
It is a friendly community with a nice community manager and friendly staff who organize social events. The living environment is comfortable. There is weekly yoga which promotes healthy lifestyle and social interaction. Management and maintenance are responsive.
Overall fabulous place to live!

To me, this place is perfect for singles or couples. It has all the amenities & security to make u feel safe.
