LaAloma Office staff responds quickly to tenant concerns. You are considered part of the Aloma Community, unfortunately due to Covid-19 service and fun holidays have been slowed down or not so personal like in past years. La Aloma maintenance workers are always on the grounds busy going here and there. I love that the Lynx bus stop is right in front of the complex and lots of small stores and restaurants are open in walking distance. We also have access to two swimming pools and the quaint gym. La Aloma surveys their tenants to let us know we have a voice and hold their staff accountable. I have been here over a few years and may stay a few more. Very reasonable rent for the space you receive.

This place is absolutely great to live!! During this crazy time the staff was so caring and careful making sure that we stayed safe. You can tell they took needed precautions for our safety and theirs. While other places had the office closed someone was there for our needs. Super sweet people. I will be here for as long as I can. No better place to live.

I just moved here and cant wait to move already. Our apartment is infested with fleas and we dont own any pets. The appliances are old and need to be upgraded. Its hard to sleep at night because every car that drives by just has to rev their engine. Last but not least the apartment that you look at prior to moving will not be the apartment you move into despite not being able to view the apartment until the move in day. I will not recommend this complex to a homeless person.

Palmetto roches issues ceiling leaks roof collapes closet doors fall out easy busted floors appliances are cheap i just cant wait till my lease is up honestly

It's a nice, cheap apartments that's close to a magical elementary school, Full Sail University, dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. Our neighbors were always cool, friendly, and I even worked with a few on some film projects. It's quiet, clean, and the maintenance guys are out 24/7 making the community more beautiful or installing new AC units to make life more comfortable in the Florida sunshine. I recommend it to anyone needing something affordable in a decent area. Kid friendly+
