What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Winter Park

There's a nice hotel next door and a couple of trips with the family, and there's a good school and good kids and safe

People are friendly. Some local businesses and chains. Lot of dog walking in the neighborhood. People say hello

My community is close to the commercial and economic center service area, and there are high-end shopping plazas, high-end restaurants and some high-end beauty and health care centers nearby. The flow of people is very large and lively both during the day and at night I like to make an appointment with my friends to go shopping and buy some corresponding clothes, shoes and daily necessities. We will also meet to have afternoon tea and do some corresponding projects of beauty and health

Very quiet, safe, peaceful, near everything I want terrific weather. I have family near by and my community with offers many activities. The beach is 10 minutes away.

I love the fact that there is lots of nature around my neighborhood. Every Christmas, a bald eagle couple return and hatch 1-2 eaglets every year. It's walkable from my condo. We have other birds, rabbits, frogs, turtles and armadillos!

The thing that I love about my neighborhood is that is safe is always silence and they are a lot of places to eat close
