What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Winter Haven

Our neighborhood is for retired seniors and we live next to families in other parks where they also care about their neighbors.

I live in a growing community with new businesses popping up. What is unique there are a variety of different houses not like cookie cutter neighborhoods

Yes we celebrate our birthday and Holley days with no problems and we have great memories because this is a new community

I like that I'm close to downtown. It's old fashioned with a park in the middle that has a farmer's market every Saturday. There are lots of great stores, bars and restaurants. The comedy club has great acts and the downtown theater has been converted into live theater.

Most neighbors are friendly and outgoing and willing to help others. We have a variety of stores fairly close by but a car is needed for shopping and going to restaurants.

The quite place, no there restaurants near but it's no far from here, the houses are comfortable with the own yard for enjoying with family and friends
