What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Winter Garden

There is going to be an Amazon store that is opening soon. I am really excited about that. I wouldn't have to shop at Walmart so much.

Large development safe for qalko g at night. We'll lit streets, sidewalks, parks. Safe for dog walking. Many amenities such as tennis courts, volleyball, basketball and other sports. Neighbors are friendly and family supportive. The swimming pool is sage with ample security and modern tech to keep residents safe and keep non residents out. Enough grills and other amenities such including propane, umbrellas sun bathing area, swings, slides, Rick climbing equipment.

It's unique since it's gated. I like to go to the old town near by with my friends and family. It also has nice trails near my house for biking and walking my dog. I feel safe staying home alone.

Love living near our downtown area. There are lots of restaurants and bars close by and it's all in the golf cart district! So if you have a golf cart you can ride around town in it.

We have our own pool and gym for the community. Newer homes. Pet friendly. Near Walmart and Publix. Near vet and woof gang for dogs

Low cost of living there, friendly neighbors. Can walk to stores. Has community pool, low HOA Fees, our building faces line of trees.
