(31 Ratings)I joined Citra on 05/26/2020 and from that day my nightmare began.
Unfortunately I accepted an offer from the Lease Office on the first floor where the upstairs neighbor has children who run inside the house. They also drag furniture and sometimes hit hard by swinging the kitchen lamp and other objects.
I already registered 4 complaints at the office website and talked to them in person 3 times but so far it is difficult. I even requested a transfer to another apartment that was not accepted.
Office and maintenance staff are great. But unfortunately for the reason given I do not recommend this neighborhood.

It seems a social project in each apartment live at least 5 people and has no space for all cars. Very dirty pool as well as the whole recreation area

DON'T EVER APPLY HERE.They will tell you one thing, an have you waiting for months on end. while waiting they want to know everything that's ever been put in your bank account even if it's just $20.When you do become homeless waiting for them to approve you, deny you or even answer the phone calls. It's too late you're better off looking somewhere else

For the most part, we enjoy where we live; however, the rent is substantial and when paying premium rent you don't want to deal with petty problems. For instance: Inconsistent enforcement of the valet trash rules. We left our trash can out until the next morning one time and got a warning. Yet our neighbors constantly leave their trash bags in the hall (without the trash bags being in a trash can, mind you) stinking up/dirtying the halls, and they are not stopped by the apartment complex.
