This friendly community features gorgeous native landscaping, a two-story clubhouse/media center, picnic/barbecue area, a tot-lot playground and the A-rated Pleasant City Elementary School is two blocks away. The neighborhood has been designed for walkability; wide sidewalks and plenty of shade trees make Merry Place a great place for relaxing strolls and bicycle rides. Residents can also easily ride their bike or walk to waterfront Currie Park for more recreational fun.

Employees don't answer the phone, when the tape machine picked up you can't even have the chance to leave a voice massage.

I moved out on October of 2017. It is now November 21 & I still have yet to get my deposit back from them. I stopped by a week ago to ask if it was ready & was told no they will call me. Still nothing. All I want is my deposit back so I can be done with them!
I wouldnt recommend living there either. The leasing office will leave a letter on your door for ANYTHING! Theyre quite annoying with their rules.
The lady that answered my call literally hung up on me half way through me asking about availability. On top of that, Ive emailed several times and have left several voicemails. Is it really that hard to just tell someone you dont have any available apartments?
I never got one response from anyone for any place I requested. Waste of time
