Do not trust the reviews from people that just moved in - they dont know how bad it is. Absolutely FILTHY conditions. Our building is absolutely disgusting and they DO NOT ever clean them. We moved in end of January and the building has been cleaned twice. The staff are extremely rude and act like youre an inconvenience asking to have a clean building to come home to. Any request you will have to hound them and ask multiple times. Extreme mismanagement and INSANE staff turnover. There has been FOUR property managers in only 4 months. Avoid at literally all costs. Every new property manager has come in and says they will fix things and are gone within 2-3 weeks. The gated community is always open access and no control to people coming in and out. Their contracts specifically has a clause stating they are responsible for cleanliness of common areas - this does not happen. The lack of security also causes people coming in from all access points - i do not feel safe walking outside my place at night.

Stay away from this complex horrible management they don't return your deposit as well over paid rent, they get you car towed with arrangements towing company then deny but costs you hundreds of dollars to get your car back, they let 8 people into one bedroom apartment feels like you live in Jamaica

I wish I could give this apartment complex 0 stars! My apartment had multiple major water leaks that the complex had to keep "fixing". It got to a point where the walls were constantly wet and becoming moldy (and so were all of our belongings). Also, the apartment had a really bad pest issue and we constantly fought with management to get the proper pest control that the apartment needed. Management never followed through and it slowly became uninhabitable, despite our own efforts. It was a nightmare and we couldn't get out of there any faster! If you want to deal with bugs, leaks, and/or mold, this is the place for you. If not, save yourself and avoid this place!

Such a horrible apartment and management. No one cares. Everything is broken and no one takes care. Totally avoidable.

Terrible management. Portal to pay online has not worked for me since I moved in. Nobody can help. Called the mother company in Atlanta and they just sent me back to management. In the mean time I got a 250 dollar late fee. Once again nobody can help. Obviously no I.T. dept. Trash in hallway has to be put out after between 5 and 7. 5 minutes early and you get a warning letter and a fine. YET! when the trash guy decides not to pick up for DAYS AND DAYS at a time the trash just piles up. Crappy kitchen cupboards, AC broke 1st day. The "bowling alley" (which is a miniature version of a real bowling alley) hasnt worked the whole time I've lived there. At least half of the machines in the cheap gym are broke. and the POOL. The pool was down for at least a month and a half during the hottest part of the summer. And if you asked management why the said parts on order? I mean really? Its a FN swimming pool! Poorly and unhelpful staff that seems to think everyone that lives there is ignorant and cant see through the bullst that the they feed us. Very frustrated cant wait till lease is up!

This place is one problem after another. Its been less than 30 days of living here and close to nothing has been fixed when we moved in. Weve gotten 2 driers put in that completely did not work, our third just came and is disgusting. I first noticed when I washed and dried some sheets I saw dead skin and hair all over my pillow. So I thought I go in and scrub it down but didnt realize how bad it was until I checked the lint filter. I took this thing out and wanted to throw up. It was stitched into the metal forming a layer of other peoples skin and hair that grew to outside the filter and in the actual drier. It was beyond my cleaning abilities. I just want my cloths to be clean man I pay 2600 between my Roomate and I and this is the stuff I got to deal with less than 30 days in ? Plus my door wont close cause the locks busted and fan makes noises. Carpets smell too. Sink wont drain. They dont care. Guess no one does.
