I have recently moved in and found this place to be very nice, much better than the rating. That is why I felt compelled to submit my feedback. I heard they had some start up problems but those have long since cleared up. Quiet community with some very nice amenities. Secure - I see numerous law enforcement vehicles here (tenants). The management even just had a welcome cookout ... nice! Pool, fitness center, sauna, Attractive ponds, etc. I like it!!

Is this what Titusville calls luxury? We call this section 8 where we lived.

The apartments are made of wood and and walls are almost paper thin. I can literally hear my neighbors talk. The quality is very poor. Far from Luxurious. The granite is nice but the cheap stained cabinets, along with the wood stain on the floor, bubbled and peeling linoleum, awful dry wall work, along with the many other issues leave me stunned because there was no quality control or good oversight. And this was apparent because the grand opening was supposed to be 2 months ago but they said management was the cause for delays. The pool and other amenities that are part of the deal are not even complete also.
