Nice apartments. Flexible and helpful staff. Maintenance is pretty busy, but they always try to find the time to help out where they can. Landscaping needs a lot of work and some of the buildings are older, but they are working on it. They allow you to do your own thing with your patio too, so you can plant flowers or do some landscaping if you want to make it look pretty. Dog friendly as well, but no fenced-in dog area on the complex. There is a nice dog park about 5 minutes away though.

Thank you for your positive review. Our maintenance team is busy, but is always there to help! We have been working on the landscaping and patio fencing for the past year! You are correct, we do allow residents to plant flowers around their apartment homes, so they can make it feel even more like home! Thanks for making the suggestion on creating a dog area on the property, we will take that into consideration.

The management and maintenance is utterly useless and lazy. I've asked them to fix multiple things like faucets and to remove things like wallpaper due to mold. There are no rain gutters so you get soaked standing at your front door trying to unlock it. The grounds are dirty and not well kept. They can't even replace the dog poo bags when the posts are empty.

They keep increasing the rent for no apparent reason but to make more money. Started at $510 and if I sign again this year they want $620.
Pathetic and greedy business to be honest. I wish they would do something to try and keep current tenants in their complex but I've seen no such loyalty from the office or the complex owners.

What is the increase in rent going towards? Probably paying for the office managers lofty upgraded apartment in the complex.
