Personal favorites about this property are, tidyness, and secluded location. It's near where I wanted to be, but tucked away which I liked a lot.
This place is nothing they say it is the management walks around drunk now that she has been fired they have other people in there that don't do anything either they show a really nice apartment then when you rent from them the apartment is not the same, nothing ever works I have had problems since I moved in and they are still not fixed I also put in 2 request to the new management and still have not got anything repaired. The pool or gym are never open and the gates don't work so there are parties every weekend in the parking lot people drinking and smoking weed all hours of the day, kids running around the parking lot all the time, people running around with guns and knives for the amount of money they ask for rent it is not worth it oh and there a roaches
