What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Temple Terrace

I enjoy that fact that it's really quiet even though it's off of a main road. I also enjoy that everything I need, like grocery stores or restaurants, is in the immediate area.

I like to eat at nearby restaurants, and I often order take-out from there. Their food is very good, and I often eat it at home

The neighbors get along well with each other in the community. They like to have dinner at the restaurant near the community most. On weekends, they go to the nearby bar together with their friends

We are still getting to know the neighborhood. We have found a great Peruvian restaurant 15 mins up the road. Busch gardens is 1 mile away.

Close to the park. Streets are brick. Able to ride my bike. Feels very safe. Very historic and cute.
