What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Tampa

It is in a very central location that is super close to many stores and great eats. Would also say it is very scenic considering the town is surrounded by water in some ways.

it's OLD school, in the sense that mostly they are older folks sitting on their porch. Everyone is very friendly. We have Roosters and Chickens walking around the neighborhood. We even have some little piggies (yes, in the city). We normally stay indoors due to Covid but before that; We would go to the River, the Riverwalk and the community pools.

There is a lake in the middle. We enjoy the Cuban bakeries on the corner. We go to Publix and a Thai restaurant nearby

The neighhood is very active and friendly. lots to do on weekends at the park for the kids and penty of places to eat and shop at

It's not a good place to hang around.anybd yucky haystack eu highly time of night.crime is to high.you might get shoot

There is nothing at all. There are no restaurants close by, nor bars or anything. My friends and I have to go outside out of town to find anything notable for us to do, like Downtow.
