So I have been living here since May 2018 these are all the following problems I have had:
1) My first night I got my car towed because, the front office failed to give me all the correct tags for my car-my car was released and the front desk girl drove me to get it back. All this made me late for my final exam and the extra stress caused my to get a failing grade on the exam!
2) A random got placed into our apartment and her dogs brought fleas. On flea treatment #3 neither myself or my roommates where notified that pest control would be coming-this broke our lease agreement. They sprayed the poison while my cats where home and they kicked my roommate out of her own home. Since I wasnt able to get my cats to a safe spot they have had subsequent health problems-thank the world for pet insurance.
3) The front office staff isnt in on some dates, while its understood that they do tours but, that doesnt mean someone is actually there. There was 3 occasions where no one was working (supposedly due to short staff) however, residents werent noticed. Meaning packages are still dropped off and instead of the front desk signing them in anyone could come and take them. I dont trust my packages to be delivered to my own apartment.
4) This morning my car was towed. I had moved my car from my covered parking spot to the front of my apartment since the two arent close and my cats were having a medical emergency and I couldnt walk them to where my car was parked. I moved my car to the curve (only painted red, which means it isnt a fire line- in the state of FL). Between me going upstairs to get the cats ready for transport which can take 15-25mins when they are super sick my car got towed with the flashers on, my keys, my bfs key, and my wallet were sitting in the front of the passenger seat it was clear I was coming back. I was late to work and my cats couldnt revive the medical attention they needed .
Theres so much more but ,I reach the character Max.
I would definitely love to live in these apartments. I ran into a few residents they seem pretty friendly the apartments are well-kept with good maintenance. it has nice and easy parking. these apartments are also close to a bunch of restaurants.
