This is a wonderful community to live in. Do not be deterred by previous reviews. The units are very clean, spacious, and well maintained. We have never had any bug problems or major issues. The office staff is WONDERFUL and they have gone above and beyond to make living here very pleasant. Raysa is absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with. When we have needed repairs the maintenance crew has always been very prompt and exceed expectations. They genuinely care about making connections with their residents and are very quick to resolve any issues that you may have. Both the office staff and maintenance always stop to check on us and make sure that everything is as it should be. The garages are attached to the units which is very convenient. The closets are all very large and the bathrooms are nice as well. We started with a three bedroom unit and realized it was more space than we needed so we are transferring to a smaller two bedroom but it is still quite large! The amenities are great too! Two beautiful pools, a very nice gym, and a laundry room incase you do not have your own appliances. The community is very dog friendly. The staff here always goes above and beyond and we could not be happier to live here. The only suggestion I have as a resident is to be sure to put your trash in the bins during the day, not at night, as there are some hungry racoons around here but that is expected being surrounded by nature preserves. This took us a while to figure out LOL. Even when the creatures do get to our trash we try to clean it up the best we can and the crews come by and lend a hand. At the end of the day....we LOVE this place and hope you will too!

was there for few months , here the summary - 1.OLD 1980's aprt., smell like old mension 2. lot of noise from top floor because of old flooring . 3. very less or once a month cleaning .. 4. people drive car , inside housing society at high speed 5. lots of bug , insect 6. near to Verizon office is plus for few . 7. unusual high charges when you leave the aprt . 8. no play area for toddlers . 9. no use of society both gate , they keep it remain open in noon timing for all :) 10 . office staff is good . 11. very old carpet

Parking is horrendous, outlets are constantly going out, the appliances don't clean my clothes or my dishes. Last straw was I got into a car accident last night, got a rental and it was late and just wanted to go home. Woke up this morning went downstairs with my son and my car was towed and the tow company isn't open till 830 and the office is open at 9. Just spoke with the manager at the office and they will not assist with any costs associated with the towing. I will not be renewing my lease in July, and I will happily give this apartment complex a 1 star review anywhere I can find and let them know exactly why I can't WAIT to move out.

Was not given the apartment that was shown and offered. Apartment was given in poor shape. (dirty, broken cabinets, etc) Poor management (dirty, unfriendly) Tenants do not take care of their stuff (leave trash outside in breeze ways for days) no consequences

Certified Resident

The units are old and do show their age. However, we have not had any structural concerns. The maintenance staff is excellent! We are very luck to have a great view from our balcony porch and it is one of our favorite parts of the unit. There was new carpet and floors when we moved in and the apartment was pretty well cleaned. There were a few minor things that could have been cleaned better but nothing that was a deal breaker. The staff in the leasing office is nice and very helpful!
