My apartment is great. The granite is a great touch and whenever I need maintenance they come really fast and the office team really seems to care about the place. They added more parking once we voiced our concern with parking a year ago. This is one of the best homes I have rented.

Horrible. Even though you live here and pay for parking spots you will still get towed. EVEN IF YOU DO HAVE A PARKING PASS.

Parking is horrendous, outlets are constantly going out, the appliances don't clean my clothes or my dishes. Last straw was I got into a car accident last night, got a rental and it was late and just wanted to go home. Woke up this morning went downstairs with my son and my car was towed and the tow company isn't open till 830 and the office is open at 9.

Certified Resident

PARKING IS A MESS. They rolled out a new program where residents have decals and those with out a resident decal get towed. I am a student doctor and I work at a hospital and get back late (between 1-2am) so parking is ALWAYS hard to find. Even with this decal, there is no parking within the complex, and the cars with out decals are rarely towed. I parked in front of the club house because there was no parking, and I wake up to find my car towed. I called the office and they said the new rule

Since the new management have taken over and made it The Preserve (previously Vista Grande) it has been a much nicer place to live. They've sorted out some problems we had and are doing upgrades which I'm excited to see. They are much better at communicating and they are trying to bring the neighbors together to form a community with events etc which is nice to see.
