Property is nothing like it used to be with old management. New management spiked rent from $1200 to $1700 for 2 bedrooms. The contractors used did horrible mediocre work while tenants still live in the units. Its like putting new shoes on with old socks. They have tenants paying full price rent with old flooring and new appliances. Walls are thin you hear everything. The upgrades dont justify the rent increase in the middle of a pandemic when people are struggling the most. Management doesnt care because they live on property for cheap. Parking is terrible so many garages that nobody can afford to tack in to the high priced rent so it just takes up lot space. If they wanted renovations they should have started there making more car space just overall bad. If you like over priced and cheap quality counters cabinets and plumbing. This is your place. Maintenance is the only good thing on property.

I have lived here for two years and LOVED it. Then unfortunately management changed and they are currently renovating our apartment WHILE we live here. If you work from home, do not move here. You will hear renovations all day and they feel they are entitled to enter your apartment whenever they want to complete these "upgrades" meaning you will have to find alternative accommodations. Did I mention they also had the nerve to post a notice on our doors saying maintenance noticed noise during a repair? Literally there has been the sound of countertops being grinded at 0800 multiple times a week - I think a little loud music is the least of our worries here. This management is unbelievable.

Been here for 5 years. First 4 years under Century. Rent increases were 2-3%/year under Century. Robbins took the property over and now my rent went up 10%, and that is after negotiating the price down with mgmt. More increases coming. Robbins is going to try and squeeze every last penny they can get out of you for their inve$tor$. Property has been a construction zone for months as they perform upgrades in order to justify higher rent.

I toured this last weekend and instantly wanted to move in. The property is quiet and tucked away from the busier side of town. I am really excited to move in.!
