Blue Rock has managed this place extremely poor since they took over. I moved into complex under old ownership and payed $680/month. Now Im in the same 1/1 floor plan but updated and paying over a grand. They only real upgrade was the painted fake granite countertops which they scratched before I even got in. Building 2 has termites and refuses to take the necessary steps to remove them. They told me it was a seasonal problem. I have pieces of furniture that Ive seen termites crawl out of and management says my rents insurance (purchased through them) wont cover it so they cant do anything.

This place was a great place before it was sold. Now you call with a complain an no one cares but if the staff have guests and they call the tenants nad words they take their side and try to embarrass the tenant in front of the guest and asking if you know who they are. Who wants to live in a place that staff does not know how to behave and start an argue at the parking lot just because they work at the office? If I as a tenant im really careful bringing people to my place making sure they respect my neighbors why someone from the staff can't make sure she does the same thing? I can't wait for my lease to be over and get out of this place which is going from bad to worst.

If I could give them a negative infinity I would. Do not move here unless you have no other option. Management tells you one thing but does another. The apartment is infested with huge cockroaches and Im always asking them to call pest control. My apartment did not come with what it was supposed to when I first moved in. Dont get me started on the fact that my bathroom ceiling has had 4 leaks and flooded my bathroom floor since I moved here and its only been 6 months. I cannot wait to move out of here! They say that the apartment is upgraded when really they just paint over everything. Its like putting a bandaid on a third degree burn. . . why would you do that? Theres much more but Im getting annoyed thinking about it. My lease just needs to be up, like yesterday.

Can't wait for my lease to be over and get out of this place. I loved living here and felt safe until the complex was sold last year. This place it's becoming a "project" if I wanted to live in a project I would've been living on east side paying half of the rent I pay here.

Can never get a work order completed or a satisfactory resolution of issues. Always at least a week or more before a work order is even looked at...let alone having the problem solved. The rent is not cheap and that maybe acceptable if i wasnt paying as much. I have never lived anywhere where it takes longer than 3 days to get a work order completed. Since blue rock has purchased the property it has gone down hill...they have wasted all their "reno" money on the most irrelvant things including painting the buildings a hideous oudated color scheme but wont spend the money to send in proper pest control or exterminators or fix your broken washer or dryer in a timely manner.

Oh no, we're sorry that you've had some trouble getting your work orders completed. Out maintenance team does its absolute best to complete maintenance requests in a timely manner, but the team addresses them in the order they are received and they must also on emergency requests before other concerns.
