I really love living at this community! The apartments are very affordable, and nice. You dont find a place like this in the area too often, believe me Ive looked. The service from the manager was top notch as well, he was very helpful during my move in process. I am very happy I decided to move here!

This apartment complex dont pest control like they say they do they have a lot of little ants and they change management and employee in there office so much and they dont like to work with you they arent professional people and very rude and not understandable.

It's upsetting to see that you have this response to our community, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced regarding pests in your home. Luckily, we have ways of solving this problem. Please schedule an appointment with our front office at your earliest convenience.


I've lived here for almost 8 months now and should have known not to lease before I moved in. Xavier forgot to provide the paperwork, gave the wrong move in dates, and gave incorrect info such as flooring and size of rooms etc. After everything I moved in anyways, and have regretted it ever since. The apartment I am living in should have been demolished years ago. From the 1st day, 2 of my faucets fell off, there was a giant shard of glass in the disposal for the sink, the electrical socket near the kitchen sink was wide open and random holes in the walls and stains on the ceiling were everywhere. I had my A/C shut off every week for the 1st month (during August). It took three electric bills of over 200$ each (I am a single person in the smallest style unit who works all day) in addition to 7 work orders for the office to finally fix the A/C. I have had nonstop flooding issues since I moved in around every wall of the apartment, and all the windows. Not to mention when their maintenance tried to fix my upstairs neighbor's water, they broke a pipe and flooded my entire apartment. So much of my belongings damaged. I have had every single faucet or attachment break, the dishwasher doesn't work. The tiling in the shower doesn't even connect to the wall and there are gaps between the tiles that are exposing me to god knows what type of mold is growing in the walls after all the flooding. I also have problems with bugs in bathroom from this. The fridge goes from 30-50 degrees constantly, and then when my fridge completely broke 3X in a 2 week span it took them til the 3rd to replace it (with another bad fridge from the 90's). Both the maintenance manager and the complex manager told me they would reimburse me for the 3rd giant grocery trip(I paid for the first 2 thinking that they had "fixed it" each time). Then after two months of calling when they said they'll call and let me know the details, the manager went back on his word, saying I should've gotten it writing.

We can assure you that our team is doing everything we can to provide beautiful homes in a stellar community, however, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. As far as your issues with maintenance staff and maintenance orders, we work diligently to take care of issues as promptly as possible with the resources we have available. It was fine until management moved a rehab facility into several apartments in the complex. Now there is trash everywhere, beer bottles left on the streets, and needles in the washing facilities. They don't even do background checks on these people.

We're sorry to see that you have not been satisfied with your stay. Our community is dedicated to finding the best residents, but we understand that accommodating the lifestyles of all our members can lead to inconveniences. If you believe your neighbors are violating policies or breaking the law, please contact us and local law enforcement immediately. Immediately regretting my decision to lease here. I'll be very honest in this review.

-The apartment is great. Wood floors, cabinets a little old but nothing too bad
-Location is nice, right off 75
-Price is great for the area

-Leasing staff is horrible. I may be biased because I am a leasing agent myself, but with that being said, the job is not hard. Be nice to your residents, and don't make excuses. It's rare that they pick up the phone, or return voicemails. Also if you want to be put on the pest control list, call and confirm the day before because this seems to be an issue also.
-No online bill pay
-Grounds are dirty, pool area full of dirt.

I have lived here for a month and was told at move in they were out of gate cards. I have no access to the gym (pretty much the only amenity) or the back gate. When i asked about getting one, I was told by Xavier "People have been waiting longer than you" Was that supposed to make me feel better? Just makes me think the office doesn't know how to do their job! He wasn't apologetic at all, and rushed me out of the office without an answer of when they would be in.
Next issue: I put in a work order for a new weather strip on the front door, as the pest control company told me its full of holes and most likely where the bugs are getting in. This was done a week ago, when I called to ask the office about the hold up, I was told very rudely they will get to it "As soon as possible"
Once again, working in this business, I know it should NOT take that long.
I've tried to be extremely understanding and patient, but there are 2 brand new communities across the street from The Falls, pay the extra money and DON'T MOVE HERE.
