    Community is not maintained well and the front office offers terrible sevcie with lack of information, this is not worth the price.

    8 hours ago NEW If I could rate this place/company a 0 I would- MOLD- WARNING- DO NOT LIVE HERE. Soon after moving in (within a week) my dog & I started to experience allergy/ respiratory issues/lethargy. I took this concern to the leasing office and they brushed me off. My dog woke me up one night shortly after, wheezing, struggling to breathe and had developed hot spots on her legs that were oozing puss and her snout had become so inflamed and itchy she scratched it raw/ bleeding. I took her to the vet and then hired an 3rd party air quality specialist. After calling and calling and calling the office I was finally told there was an issue in my unit and they would need to come out to do some work. I packed a few bags and left to stay with a friend & get my dog to safety until my apt was made safe. I have been displaced since 8/3. Attempting to work with the management team to make my home habitable again which unfortunately they did not follow any protocols made by either 3rd party mold remediation company (they simply cut out drywall and removed my ac unit and left my apt sitting at 81+ temperature already in a mold infested environment) for 5 days with no dehumidifiers or fans assigned by the mold remediation companies!!! I was told to stop being petty by management stating it would not go over well for any of us. A day later management was asking me when I would be able to move out, so they can get someone else in here! My apt 4705 was over 182x the "acceptable" mold limit! Over 145,000 mold spores present. 21,000 in just my AC unit/ ducts alone. I had only lived at The Delmar for just shy of 4 weeks! The management is so dehumanizing I am truly shocked this company is still in business. Please protect your fur babies and yourself...and tell your friends if they live here!

    If you want to live in a old bug infested apartment, this is for you. You will open your sliding door to the fresh smell of your neighbors cigarettes. About every morning at 12 you can hear the young couple screaming at each other thru the paper thin walls. Oh and dont forget theguests that sleep in our parking lot overnight. No regulation to get in and out of the complex. Random people sleeping in their cars is not a good look. Bottom line, if you want to go cheap, That is exactly what you are getting here. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

    Nice place, reasonably priced with a pleasant staff and nice neighbors. I enjoy the fitness room and the multiple swimming pools. The Bayfront common area is a great place for gathering and enjoying the views. Convenient to the airport. Nice value.

    I started leasing immediately after Hurricane Irma & had a lot of financial set backs as a result. The front office staff has been nothing but extremely helpful, accommodating & flexible with any issue that I had presented. PROS: Yes, the units are on the smaller side...but most have been renovated nicely with new kitchen cabinetry, which has opened the rooms to more of a spacious feel. *Location & amenities are perfect....panoramic view of Tampa Bay, close to airport & downdown, but with a "rural" feel. *Grounds are well kept & very clean *Quiet & nice community (*I don't know what other negative comments regarding it being "unsafe" or "shootings"?....BUT, I have NEVER witnessed ANY shady behavior or have felt unsafe here? I've left my bike out several times & it was never stolen. Since it is only 1 & 2 BR's, the majority of the occupants are either young professional adults or retired couples. You do not see a lot of kids "just hanging out" anywhere on the premises. People greet you & say "hello" while walking their dogs. I want to offset all the negatives by posting exactly what I've seen. CONS: Only downfall is that they are high cabinets, which requires a stool for a shortie like me...lol. One upgrade that I wish that they would consider is new windows & sills. Would make the electric bill a little more energy efficient. The units may be on the smaller side, but each room suites it's purpose amicably. Unless you are a hoarder or a tap dancer, these would not be suitable. The pros certainly outweigh the cons. I prefer the amenities, low maintenance lifestyle over more space to clean. Sunsets here are PHENOMINAL!
