I met with Christina for my tour. She was very sweet and knowledgeable although it was her first week with the property. The property is undergoing renovations and from what I can see, a lot of great changes are coming. I was very impressed with the floor plan, upgraded features, amenities, and price. My move is contingent upon a two bedroom becoming available. We'll see what happens!

The staff is very courteous and helpful with answering questions and very quick to respond to issues that may arise. The apartment complex is very nice and quiet. The location is very close to stores and work. A very convenient location.

Wish I could give negative stars, if you are looking to move here just DONT. Honestly don't do it, everything seems fine at the beginning but after you sign everything changes, everything looked fine, no bugs, no problems until we moved. Bugs everywhere, SUPER EXPENSIVE for what it is, they will tell you you pay $15 for trash, LIE, you end up paying $30 a month. Water is divided by the building meaning that if you don't much water but your neighbor takes 3 hour long showers you guys will pay the same every month.
We had to go a week with NO A/C whatsoever, we contacted the office and nothing was done about it, it was "fixed" and at the end of the day it was broken again. Basically the A/C was running but it was hot the air that it was blowing, so since the air did not get cool it never reached the set temperature which had the A/C running all day no stop. We confronted them about the high electric bill, and they did not want anything to do about it. Again, horrible customer service.
They don't care about their residents, we had an incident where the neighbor downstairs passed away and no one found him until i contacted the office complaining about a strong smell and after a couple of days after he passed is when they found out, the smell was so strong we had to leave the complex, we asked to be moved to another unit because it was horrible and they said we have to pay a fee of $450 to transfer. If you think thats great customer service I don't know what to tell you.
Gym is a piece of garbage, printers never have paper of ink, the hallways in the complexes are super dirty and they don't clean them or blow the leaves, the floors are super weak so when you walk literally you can feel the entire apartment cracking, kitchen appliances old, and the maintenance crew and the office staff one of the worst ones i have had to deal with.
If after all this you decide to move here, READ THE CONTRACT. They will hide things from you, they will try to get every $ from you.

Here we go, just writing stuff as it comes to mind:
Mandatory $15/mo trash service.
Water bill is collective, so you pay "your share" no matter if you used no water at all. This ranges between $35-$50/mo.
Pet rent is $300 for the first and $200 for the second, and the deposit for a pet is something like $2-300.
Late fee--if your rent is due the 1st, it is late on the 4th and you will be charged $100. Note that you do not see your rent show up on your account as available until the 1st of the month.
Bugs. Spiders, webs, eggs are everywhere. Everywhere. Roaches were not that bad on the second floor, but they still appeared time to time in places like the bathroom.
You will hear your neighbors yelling. You will smell your neighbors smoking pot.
Read your lease carefully. Read it all. This is a scummy management company that WILL do everything in it's power to take money from you and will not apologize for it.
Administrative fee and application fee together are $220 when you are greeted with your new home.
The lease is on an Auto-Renew policy. What that means is that you have to go to the office no less than 60 days before your lease ends to sign a letter of intent, or else you are charged a liquidation fee equal to a month of rent.
You do laundry in a centrally located laundry room on the property. This is paid for by pre-loading a laundry card. You may only put money on the card during office hours.
You may only use the gym during office hours, unless you pay for an access key.
In the 1 bedroom that we rented, you could not fit a 3 cushion (or equivalent size) couch in the doorway, as you are confronted with a wall when you open the front door. You will probably damage your couch trying to get it inside-fair warning.
They paint over everything. All of the electrical covers and cable connections are painted over. Cable guy will likely have to literally cut the covers our of the wall paint to remove them for your internet hookup.
