I have lived here for almost 2 years, and the staff is always friendly. They are pet friendly and the maintenance works hard keeping the place clean. They have food trucks, casino parties and breakfast in the morning. Construction is good, I live in an apartment and expect to hear some noise. The girls In the office are always so happy. I will be renewing my lease again.

The staff was friendly. Wasn't really shown everything as far as the pool, I wouldn't be able to tell you where it's located. The place seemed to be nice and peaceful area. Decided not to go through with the process because of some of the complaints left on various website.

This place has a nice look but construction lacks quality. The noise transfer between units is horrible. The trash service is a required $30 a month and is poorly run so you get to see your neighbors trash in the hallway and leave your trash can outside as well. There are roaches that management doesnt address with extermination. The management style is very unprofessional. The management does not have a problem with making up stories and lies, assuming you are not going to look into their stories.

The apartments are nice, but the parking is inadequate. The $45 reserved parking space should really be included in the rent, since it's virtually impossible to find a parking space near your building after 5pm.
