Great community gatherings. Nice pool area that is well maintained. Very friendly staff that promptly address any issues. I enjoy this community and would refer friends to check it out.

Convenient location with walking distance to grocery shopping, parks, etc. Quiet neighborhood with lots of parking for renters and guests. Lots of storage throughout apartment and I love the screened in balconies

Although the units are a little outdated inside, the layout makes sense and is the best I've had for a 2bed 1bath.
The landscaping around the back and sides could be better maintained.
Actually, that's my main complaint, that the back wall is just dirt and has not been landscaped.
Some of the units need updating popcorn ceiling .
Small fees are attached to your monthly rent including a fee for sending you a monthly statement you can't opt out of.
There are a small and I mean small number of tenants who are slightly noisy car alarms leaving late at night .
