Ever since my fianc�� and I have been dealing with Radius ( end of 11/17 ) there has been a major communication problem with the team and there management. We had multiple issues with our welcome letter and giving you our money down for the apartment to start with. Didn���t even get the apartment we were first told we would have. We were told multiple things and it either fell through or didn���t happen. Amber is who we worked with a lot and I wouldn���t recommend her for anything! Very very bad communication skills. And to tie it all together we are waiting for our dishwasher to be fixed ( since week of 1/8/18). The maintenance team came and said they fixed it but it is still broken ( I told them to call and let me know when they entered my apartment and they did not!! ) and I have been trying to reschedule them to come back to fix it for 2 weeks now. All in all the whole experience has been pretty frustrating and irrating. I wanted to bring this to the managements attention to prevent this from happening to future/current residents. Thank you.

This place is over priced for nothing. It may look pretty on the outside but it is rotten on the inside. The management team doesn't actually communicate except for office hours, which are a complete joke. The Maintence department doesn't respond to emergency issues and we see then head guy sitting in his golf cart doing nothing but eating or drinking or on his phone. We don't even see him drive around. Security is non existent and the gate doesn't close. The garbage service is way over priced and the rule that I have to bring my trash can in my house with all the bugs and everything from being outside has been nothing but aggravation. I use to love living here and now I hate even coming home from work to deal with this place.

Been living here for three years--the rest goes up drastically every time. They just raised the late fee for rent from $50 to $100, and moved the late date from 4th to the 3rd. They removed the rent drop box, so it's impossible to drop off your rent check after hours. The fitness center and pools do not have locks and there is no one on duty to check to see if there are non-residents using these amenities. There is no tanning bed, the "business center" has no computers, and the fitness center still has rusty work out equipment. There is always construction and renovations going on from the early hours well into the evening 6 DAYS A WEEK and the construction workers will drop roofing on your head because they do not work carefully. There have been no updates or renovations to my apartment since I moved in. The pest control leaves a lot to be desired. They give you a rate for your rent, but they don't mention the +50 for utilities that they add on (and you have to add them on). There is valet trash that only applies 5 days out of the week--the other two days you have to bring it down yourself. THE GATES HAVE NEVER WORKED. I'm sick of this place raising the price for everything but things are just getting worse. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! Save your money, and move someplace else.
