It's a beautiful community on the bay. Close to the Airport,and our Management and maintenance team are great.There are movie nights,meet& greets. Just a pleasant home away from home.Canada

Post Bay at Rocky Point is a wonderful place to live. Its location on Tampa Bay, and close proximity to everything the Tampa Bay area has to offer is hard to beat. The property is attractive and well-maintained. Management and maintenance staff are professional and responsive. We love living at Post Bay at Rocky Point!
I moved from Miami for a job and had little time to get everything handled. Heather in the office was patient, and helped guide me through the process. I couldn't have been in better hands. In fact, the day of the move, I got stuck in a rain storm driving from Miami and Heather waited 40 minutes after the office closed to give me the keys and help me get settled!
Amenities are top rate! walking distance to the water, beaches, restaurants and night life. Great pool, great views and great staff.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
