I am very happy with my apartment and the office staff is very helpful especially Mario. I've just lived here for a month and I am already thinking of renewing my lease another year. But wish they could put the air conditioner on in the gym.
It's nice there, I'm a little disappointed in the fact that I had to pay a NON-refundable pet deposit AND pet rent. It's shouod be one or the other. The neighbors are atrocious, the feel entilied to verbally assault you in public over parking & animals if they are HOA residents. They are great in the office but other then that I would've chosen elsewhere to live.
I like where I live but it can be better. My apartment was in great condition except the floors. It looked like they had just done the tiles but left some type of glue where the floor does not shine in some areas. It was done very poorly and lazy I believe. Gym is awful. Theirs no chairs in the pools. Pools look very plain where I have no desire to even go. Id rather go to a friends pool in another complex.
Residents are not considerate and will often talk loudly or walk/drop things until very late at night. The also leave trash around, even on your part of the property.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
