perfect apartment for living
The place is very nice, safe, and quiet. It has really great location and natur. If you're USF student the buss stop is right in front of the gate. The lease and maintenance staff are very nice and professional. The apartment is generally clean. The only problem that they have a lot of maintenance requests and they have shortage in manpower, so it takes almost three weeks to get things fixed.
Like most people from out of state, I had to rely a lot on online reviews to make a decision on where I wanted to live. I tried to weed out the extremes- people who were extremely dissatisfied and people who seemed like they were paid to write a glowing review. It was difficult but I narrowed my search and Oak Ramble made my top 3. I am so incredibly thankful that it did because I ended up making a great decision. This is my first experience living out of state, let alone in an apartment- so I can't necessarily compare it to other places, but I can tell you what I experienced first hand. The staff Absolutely amazing. Everyone was so friendly, and not that fake friendly that a lot of companies try to force. Any maintenance concerns I have had thus far have been fixed within a day, and fixed correctly. The amenities in the apartment are nice and the atmosphere of the complex is rather peaceful. My only real complaint so far has been the lack of pictures on this website, and how out of date they are. I wasn't sure what to expect moving in because there weren't many pictures to judge how this location and the apartments would actually look. Please be advised that the buildings are no longer the red orange color that the pictures depict. They are white and gray and look a lot nicer The pools here are nice, kind of small compared to other complexes around the area, but they are still nice none the less. There are lots of places to sit and tan and tables with umbrellas to have a nice day at the pool. The location is amazing. You are a 5-10 minute drive in any direction to major shopping places, food establishments, and gyms. The lake here is really pretty and the gazebos at the pool that overlook the lake are nice. I even caught a glimpse of some alligators in the pond one evening This may seem like not a big deal to you Southerners, but being from up North this was a surprise . If you are looking for a nice, clean, safe environment to live in, Oak Ramble shou
Overall, been pretty happy living here, I wish they'd be more flexible on their rent policies, after 2.5 years of living here, they refuse to give me a discount so I can move into a new apartment. Everything about the apartment is good, and every time something goes wrong they are super fast about it. AC gets frozen up once in a while for some reasons, but they usually fix it quickly. The renovation of our building took so much longer than the other buildings, I am good with days and numbers and I have a super good memory, so from the day the started our building to this day, it took them 1.5-2 times longer to get things done, it is frustrating because I can still see the building next to us which was done 2 month ago, doesn't have blinds. But whoever gets here after the construction would have a happy life, if they can afford to pay 1000 for a one bedroom and 1400 for a two bedroom. Unfortunately they are not giving me the old tenants price range, otherwise I'd be staying here.
ok apartment with slow maintenance, usually take a month to get things done, you have to bug them everyday.
