I have lived at Lakeview Oaks for the past year while finishing up my degree. Lakeview Oaks has been nothing but wonderful. The office staff is always willing to help and cheerful and the maintenance team is on point. The amenties here are also great. The gym is by far one of the nicer gyms I have had in an apartment complex and the pool is always clean and tidy. If you're looking for a place close to campus that's more homey, like I do, this is the place for you!
Never had any issues with other tenants. Quiet community with great apartments.
The grounds are nice and well-kept. Valet trash is convenient and a great feature!
Moved in last month and have been beyond pleased with apartment, location to Moffitt (quick bike ride), office staff, and quiet pleasant atmosphere.
Close to USF, gated, and has lots of unique features like a hot tub and tanning bed. Parking is reasonable, and the community is quiet overall: good mix of college students and families. Upgrades are nice, and the buildings are fairly new (built in 1999). Wish the back porch was screened, but the view is fantastic. Only downside is the interior walls are thin, it's like always having the bedroom door open. Luckily my roommates aren't too loud.
