It seems like alot of improvements had been made around the grounds. Manager and staff nice and helpful.
They keep the place very well kept as far as landscaping and the staff is very nice and helpful.
The office staff has always been friendly and helpful and always follows up with questions or issues. The layout of the apartments is unique and creates a more cozy, home-like feel. The grounds are kept clean and manicured. It's very quiet, despite being so close to 42nd street and USF, and is also centrally located to I-75, I-275, grocery stores, and shopping. I have truly enjoyed living here since day one and everyone who has visited has loved the apartment and the peaceful surroundings.
The only thing I would change is the solicitation flyers from surrounding restaurants and takeout locations that frequently finds their way taped to everyone's front door. What's annoying is the unwanted flyers are seen disposed of on the ground making the complex look unkempt.
I love the layout of my apartment! The southern oak trees are GORGEOUS (and abundant). The customer service is great. My apartment was NOT ready for move-in, but the office staff are on top of it (and courteous) about getting work orders in and making sure they get completed. Parking is a NIGHTMARE - hoping the new system implemented in mid-January will help. New mgmt. seems good. Make sure you understand what you're getting if they tell you you're getting new appliances or cupboards.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
From I-275, exit east on Bearss Avenue approximately 2 miles; turn left on Bruce B. Downs and we're approx. 1/4 mile on the right. From I-75 travel west on Bruce B. Downs Boulevard approximately 4 miles. Take a left onto Skipper. We are on the right.
