If "you get what you pay for" was an apartment complex. I have lived here for 12 months. It served it's purpose at the time, I needed some place close to work, and that was affordable to start out. I read the reviews, and I thought okay how bad could it be? I had to find out for myself. PLEASE TAKE THE WARNING SERIOUSLY! When I came in to view the apartment there was a young lady named Angelica in the office and English is NOT her first language. Talking to her was very difficult, every time I would ask a question her response was usually "Ummm... well... ummm... how do you say?". I wasn't rude, I continued with the tour and I liked what I saw. We picked out the apartment that day, and I came back with the funds to secure the price and lock in the apartment the following day only to learn the one that I wanted was already gone after she told me they would hold it for me. She did not communicate with the manger, I should have took that as a sign. I moved in after that on the 1st floor, and immediately I experienced bug problems. Yes, I know living in Florida you can expect that from time to time. But for them to charge you for pest control, I never saw them treating for them. I had roaches, lizards, moths, spiders, other flying black bugs, flies, and lastly termites. I reported the ceiling fan in the bedroom only going to 1 speed. I was told that it should go to 3 different speeds and would have it fixed, never got anyone to fix it. I reported that the bedroom window did not have a screen so i couldn't open it, that never got replaced. I reported that 1 window in the living room never opened. I was told that would be fixed and it never was.It really didn't matter because the days I wanted to let in fresh air with the one window I couldn't because nobody picks up their dog waste here, so if you open the window all you will smell coming into your apartment is dog urine and poop. I took a deep breath and just made due with the cards I had been dealt. The stove/oven

Ms. Janet is absolutely amazing. She always address any questions,and she made my move very smooth. My neighbors were so Welcoming. I've been here for about 8 months now. The property is Beautiful. I love our two swimming pools.

Went to the office countless times asking them to fix my ceiling, it has been messed up since Irma it is now the beginning of November, the fact that its messed up is ridiculous. When I went up there this last time Ive had enough, I did not want the run around tell me when someone will be inside my apartment fixing, after all I should have he right to know or be there if I choose I pay 800 for a one bed room apartment. The lady yelling at me from another room and is getting mad Im asking questions she is unprofessional and I would never talk to someone like that while I was at work its unnecessary and uncalled for. I will not recommend moving here not only are they slow on maintenance inside of your apartment, parking sucks, the gates are always open, and worst of all they dont care about the people who LIVE here !
