    I hope that people start reviewing this place objectively and not just because the leasing staff begs you to leave them five stars. Do NOT be charmed into living here - this is a budget complex at best charging luxury prices in a slummed area of Tampa. Heres whats not included in your rent price: COMMUNITY water billing (yup you will be paying for other people in the buildings usage), TECHNOLOGY package that is a whopping $100 so you can only use their internet (and your phone is the ONLY way to open the front door, no choice), valet trash, AND parking LOL! Place is COVERED in dog poop, every single day you will step in fresh GIANT piles. Air circulation is awful, plumbing is awful, and walls are THIN so you will hear everything. This complex has people constantly posting about their packages being stolen and kids running amuck trying to break into peoples apartments and cars. Then they will just tell you to deal with it yourself and call the police. Im sorry what???? Do your research and do NOT live here because the staff is nice. Its more of a scam. Barely any background checks so take that how you will. Way better complexes in the area for the same price and you will feel more safe. Im so sorry I was fooled into living here and I am RUNNING when my lease is up.

    Although I thought Visconti was a nice property It is not worth the amount of rent they charge. The exterior is well manicured and cosmetically pleasing, but the interior of the apartments seems old, not painted or remodeled in a detailed fashion. Its definitely a nice place to live I take it, but in comparison with properties in the are that charge the same I would not be getting my money's worth so I did not return. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

    Arrived 10 minutes early was Rudely told to wait til they opened. Too many options for that to be the first impression

    My wife and I have enjoyed living here for several years. The team here is always courteous and professional. Camden listens to its residents and has made various improvements over the years to continue making this community a great place to live.
