Nice apartment complex with great amenities and friendly staff, but the buildings are old and infested with termites.

You definitely live in a nice place but I feel like my rent goes up about $100 every new lease. Love it here though.

Trash all over the place; empty caps, sucks, food, cigarettes buds, trash bags on the balconies, empty water bottle, and most gross is doog poop all over. Want to man ruin that some residents allowing dogs in the pool with them. This is not acceptable! Im disappointed, longer Im here. For the price Im paying I have higher expectations.

Love Bowery! Staff is amazing! So polite, they know me by name, service team is quick, courteous & clean. Amenities are great and well maintained.
