Living at The Avli has exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to living in an apartment. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning with a modern kitchen design and an open concept living space. Common areas, as well as the grounds are in pristine condition, which also contributes to the luxury lifestyle these apartments offer. The leasing staff address any issues in a timely manner and are always communicating with residents. They also do an exceptional job hosting events throughout the month. Maintenance responds to all requests within a day or two and are also always doing projects around the complex to enhance the amenities offered. Lastly, The Avli is conveniently located, making it an ideal place to live.

"Fantastic Apartments" This apartment complex is exceptional. The apartments are spacious and thoughtfully designed, modern, and well-maintained. The community is welcoming, and the management is responsive. Convenient location, too. The common areas are simply beautiful and well-maintained, offering a sense of community and relaxation that truly adds to the quality of life here. Highly recommended!

The staff here is amazing, and super personable. Maintenance request get done super fast! I have no complaints from management or the community. Everyone here is nice, especially the staff. They take time to hear you out and resolve your issues quickly!

Called and left a message a week ago have never heard back. Not very promising as a potential resident that they cant even answer the phones or call back, specially when moving from out of state for work.
