Our office is excellent and does everything in her power to make sure we are taken care of as tenants. There have been some small hiccups with the apartment but for the most part they have been promptly addressed. There were also some promises made prior to completing construction that were not fulfilled (e.g., more parking spaces, a pool shortly after opening), but most of those have been smoothed out. You pay a bit more, but its a small complex, clean, and the interiors are very nice spaces.
The apartment itself is great. I'd like more proactive pest control and seasonal spraying that you see in regular apartment communities. The area is great, the price is the cheapest in the area, and the office staff is great. I have small concerns but nothing to deter me from recommending to a friend.
As a resident I have tried to call the leasing office. Nearly always does it go to voicemail where I have to listen to 43 seconds of advertising to live here. I always hang up because no one wants to listen to a 43 second commercial for somewhere they already live!
Walls are very thin and this makes for long nights of listening to neighbors
Since we have moved in several items have needed repair. Sometimes items needed to be repaired multiple times.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.
Because reviews are from Certified Residents, and are managed by a third party, you can feel confident that the feedback provided is accurate and trustworthy.
