4800 Westshore

The staff is so friendly, all the amenities are amazing, especially since the price of living in Tampa is ridiculous.

Love the closeness to the bay, and the easy access to our work. This apartment complex has a CARES team that does events and makes us feel like we are living at a home, with so many great things to do!

Worst Living Experience I've ever had.

TERRIBLE. 1) Management is incompetent, unhelpful, lacking empathy or the ability to care or do their job, and confrontational. -One of their property managers, Megan, was rude and confrontational. She continued to try and bait me & argue w/ me when I came in to discuss ongoing concerns. She is completely unprofessional & a liability to Gray Star/Infinity. 2) Constant Maintenance issues. We had more work orders in this apartment (we've lived here for 4 months), then we've EVER had in any other apartment. -Leaking Dishwasher, Sink that doesn't drain, Dryer not drying, Pantry doors falling off hinges, AC unit that doesn't cool. 3) Construction ALWAYS. Monday-Saturday beginning at 8 a.m. Don't try and work from home. -Management doesn't tell you what they are working on or who they are with. They don't wear uniforms or identification. I opened my vertical blinds to 6 men standing right outside my screen room door while I was home alone. -Workers will enter your apartment with little to no notice. 4) Trash Valet is inconsistent on a good day. Infinity forces you to participate & pay monthly but if you have a problem with the service, Infinity wants you to call them directly & not Infinity. Just Terrible.

Infinity Westshore is a nice place to live. It can be quiet, but some buildings are located right next to a busy and loud intersection. The management staff truly cares and tries to help, but sometimes community projects take very long to complete, and timetables are adjusted with little to no communication. It is a safe place, both for people and for pets.

Though i moved in when they first bought out camden westshore, so they hadnt yet had everything figured out with the leasing and move in process. I was impressed with how quickly and easy the move in process was. Some things were a little confusing, but i soon got them cleared up and was apoligized to and was explained that since they had just bought out camden that some things were not quite figured out and set up yet.
