The place is always beautiful but windows and some. Of the apartments including mine need renovating, stuff always getting broken due to being old, other than that I love living there
There's definitely been some major changes since I moved in a year ago. I love that they are making an effort to make it safer, and to make it nicer.
To Many Apts That Were Broken In To
Rent is too high for an outdated apt. Kitchen and bathrm is very outdated. Water isn't included. My rent went up $30 in my renewed lease and nothing has been upgraded. They fixed the roof and decided that was a reason to increase. No ceiling fans. The location is the best feature! Also after 3 days the late fee is $100. No gym or recreation center. Rent rate changes daily for new prospect residence.
The neighborhood is nice and quiet however matinence takes a long time to fix things. The laundry room at times has no lighting and are infested with spiders.
