The property is one of the nicer ones, can't beat the location for the price. Any time I have to go to the front office Chris helps me and it's always a really friendly helpful experience.

absolute trash. The apartment was never cleaned or painted after the last tenants moved out. They even left food in the freezer!!
Oh yeah, you'll LOVE this...they literally charge you whatever they like month to month. My son started at $555 in September, already up to $619 for November. Absolutely the worst decision we've made. Can't wait to get out of this dump...we will not be returning. I urge anyone reading this to stay away from the Venetian...just drive on by.

FAKE presentation. The office and sample apartment are beautiful but that is not what you get when your student moves in. My son's place was a dump and they made us pay for new carpet upon move out despite a building flood that had significant water damage.

The utility bill is crazy stupid! Last month theres just two of us and the bill was $75 each. I havent been in my apartment the whole month the following month and now the bill $200 with $100 sewage charge. Absolutely terrible. Also if you have a problem with a roommate dont expect to get any results because Ive been waiting for two months and the roommate lives the bedroom next to me. Save yourself the time and money and lease somewhere else.
