I felt very safe at Capital Walk apartments. Whenever I had a need it was promptly met with the office staff and the maintenance workers. Everyone that met was extremely friendly. This apartment complex is the ideal place for a family because it is very quiet at all times. Also, I loved how I didn't see a lot of residents lingering around outside at all times of the night. I truly felt safe at Capital Walk.

I was happy here for several years, great location, nicer apartment for someone in my early twenties and college. Once I graduated, I also worked close by and the convenience was wonderful. I always liked the staff and maintenance very much. Over the past couple of years though I saw a major decline in the quality of residents. People in my building would fight constantly, knock on my door all in the middle of the night. It was unfortunate. I ended up leaving because I got house.

The atmosphere of Capital Walk in excellent and friendly

Place is always clean and well taken care off. One thing I have not seen in a long time is they used to power wash the halls mine hasn't been washed in a while not that is dirty but it helps remove death bugs and dust from corners.
